We were all impacted by how one choice can make all the difference in the course of your life. Days later our whole campus is still processing all he had to share with us. I would bring him back in a heartbeat to speak to our college students.”
Minnesota! First time I have been called to speak there and it was fantastic. The group of individuals who worked on making this happen really put together the best college event I’ve presented at to date. They worked with teachers and classes to ensure the right students were in attendance. They literally had to pull out more stands for them to be able to fit all the students! There was easily 500 students in the house for my talk. All of the students were extremely respectful and I got to spend about 20 minutes with nursing students after my presentation answering questions for them. I really wish I got more time with future nurses in our country because the text book doesn’t give them enough insight about addicts. It is definitely something that is presenting itself more and more lately.
